Socialcast is now FREE for corporate network creation, administration

Today, Sociacast has announced that all new corporate networks will be free to join and use for employees and site administrators. Effective immediately, employees of any company can visit www.socialcast.com and join their company’s private community using their corporate email address.

Additionally, administration rights for these networks are completely free. Administrators can manage user access and customize the site’s look and feel at no charge.

This exciting news opens up access to Socialcast’s Enterprise-ready tool for thousands of organizations across the globe. Our on-demand tool is simple to use for new companies and their employees, and at the same time provides a more robust, useful and customized experience for companies that may be using other free tools on the market.

Why did we decide to make our on-demand tool free?

First, it’s important for Socialcast to be a trusted leader for Enterprise collaboration. Enabling corporate communication without corporate administrative control was unfathomable to us. Companies may need to experiment with a collaboration tool for some time before deploying permanently, and with that experience must come administrative features.

Second, our extensive research has shown that simple messaging isn’t valuable long-term for most users. Socialcast must be integrated into the culture and daily workflow of every employee. Therefore, we can offer the tool for free, and we will instead focus on the sales of premium services such as directory integration, custom education services, and tools that analyze the network’s social interactions. We think it’s a win-win.

So, please go and join your company’s Socialcast network today. If you would like to apply for Administrator rights and responsibilities, you can do so after signing up. Both processes are quick and easy, just the way that getting up to speed on a new tool should be.
