    Client Development Manager

    Samantha is a Client Development Manager at Socialcast. As part of the Client Services team, Samantha helps Socialcast customers realize the business value of enterprise social networking through education, use case development, planning, and adoption. Prior to joining Socialcast, Samantha was a strategy and operations consultant at Deloitte Consulting where she worked with executive level clients to address process improvement and complex business challenges. She received her B.S. in Biology from University of California, San Diego. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and cooking.

    Inna Fabrikant

    Sr. Client Development Manager

    Inna is a Sr. Client Development Manager with the Socialcast Client Services team. For the past four years, Inna has been managing relationships with some of Socialcast’s largest customers, and helping to educate the market on the importance of social technology. Prior to joining Socialcast, she helped launch new industry verticals for legal consulting firm Axiom Law. She received her B.A. in Sociology from Columbia University.

    Sr. Manager, Information Security

    Morey has been involved with security long enough to remember the original Tap Magazine. He is responsible for product and operational security programs for the Socialcast product lines. Prior to VMware, Morey led information security functions in the financial services and software industries.

  • Sogol Motiey

    Sogol Motiey

    Client Development Manager

    Sogol graduated from University of California, Davis with a Bachelor degree in Managerial Economics and Spanish. Before joining the VMware team, Sogol had some great work experience in healthcare consulting until she discovered her love for technology. As a Client Development Manager at VMware Socialcast, she works with some of Socialcast's largest clients across the Americas and Europe, ensuring that these customers enjoy and get value out of the product. Sogol's role is to build and grow client relationships and most importantly, understand the clients' business while generating new ideas to enhance the use of Socialcast long-term.

  • Jeff Ross

    Jeff Ross

    Community Strategist/Manager, Humana

    Jeff Ross has served as the community manager for Humana’s Socialcast network (Buzz) since its launch in May 2010. He is also a community strategist for Humana’s Enterprise Social Media team consulting with lines of business regarding the creation and community management of external online communities for customers and others. He founded the weekly Twitter chat #ESNchat in 2013 as a way for professionals focused on enterprise social networks to advance the field through shared knowledge. He is a regular speaker at conferences and webinars, and has gladly consented to many requests for interviews, articles, case studies and consultations regarding enterprise social networking.     Jens oversees the product management, data analytics and the team responsible for customer success. He joined VMware from SAP where he was the product manager for the SAP Mobile Platform.

    Lars Klevan

    Staff Engineer

    Lars is a Staff Engineer at VMware with professional interests in software engineering and Web application development. He holds his undergraduate degree in Computer Science, with honors, from Brown University. Before joining Socialcast, Lars held positions as a senior member of the technical staff at Oracle and Digital River. Other professional interests of Lars include developing e-commerce and large scale social networking applications. When not working, Lars can be found reading, watching movies and spending time with his family.

  • Geoff Hichborn

    Geoff Hichborn

    Software Engineer

    Geoff is an engineer at Socialcast who's worked on just about every part of the Socialcast infrastructure, from client-side Javascript, to the underlying system tasks that control the operation of the On-Premise offering. He earned his bachelor's degree at University of California Riverside, and his interests span system architecture design, performance tuning, virtualization, open source development, library design and code aesthetics. Outside of software development, Geoff enjoys snowboarding, camping, and road trips.

    Tim Young

    VP, Social Enterprise

    Providing the creative vision for Socialcast and its technology, Timothy brings nearly a decade of web development experience and over 8 years of entrepreneurship to the company. His prior venture, Event Robot, developed online communities for consumer-facing brands in the entertainment industry. Timothy's interests include emergent processes and behaviors, flock theory, connectionism, and collective intelligence, all of which are integrated into the Socialcast product. He regularly speaks about social networking and collaboration at industry conferences and guest teaches at the University of California, Irvine.
