Full Compatibility for Outlook 2010, "Like" Comments, Other General Improvements: Socialcast EASE Outlook Plugin Update

Today Socialcast announced several important feature updates to the Socialcast EASE Outlook plugin that will bring full compatibility with Outlook 2010, the ability to “like” comments, and other general improvements. This update makes our Outlook plugin compatible with 2003, 2007, and 2010 versions.

In the Outlook connector, messages from your Socialcast community will stream into dedicated Outlook folders, where you can read, respond and share new information directly from your inbox. Now, with the ability to “like” comments directly from the updated Outlook plugin, a new social layer has been added, giving users the ability to show their support throughout an entire discussion, not just with an initial post.
